UCS respects intellectual property and expects users, members, lecturers, contributors, partners, and visitors to do the same. Unless expressly stated otherwise, the website, logos, design, text, educational structure, compilations, videos, images, documents, and original materials are owned by UCS or used under license. Access does not grant copying, redistribution, resale, public performance, translation, adaptation, scraping, or commercial use rights. By submitting content, you confirm ownership or permission and grant the license described in the Terms and Content and Upload Policy. If you believe material infringes your rights, send your name/contact details, protected work, URL or identification of the material, evidence of ownership or authorization, explanation, requested action, and confirmation of accuracy. UCS may remove, disable, restrict, preserve, reject, restore, contact the uploader, or request more information. Takedown requests do not guarantee removal. UCS may restrict, suspend, or terminate repeat infringers and is not a court or legal representative for private rights disputes.
