Content and Upload Policy
Last updated: 18 May 2026
This Policy applies to all content submitted, uploaded, posted, presented, linked, or sent through UCS, including lectures, slides, videos, cases, comments, forms, messages, and documents. The uploader is responsible for ensuring content is lawful, professionally appropriate, accurate to the best of the uploader’s knowledge, not misleading, rights-cleared, patient-safe, and free of malware or hidden identifiers. Clinical images, videos, scans, case details, pathology, operative recordings, and outcomes must be de-identified before submission unless UCS expressly approves otherwise in writing and all legal and ethical requirements are satisfied. Remove names, faces where not clinically necessary, dates, locations, record numbers, QR codes, metadata, voices, tattoos, unusual scars, and rare fact combinations. Do not upload third-party copyrighted materials without permission or lawful basis. You grant UCS a non-exclusive worldwide royalty-free license to host, store, display, format, moderate, translate, excerpt, archive, and use submitted content for educational, organizational, promotional, quality, compliance, and evidence purposes. UCS may refuse, edit, blur, anonymize, remove, restrict, archive, or preserve content.
