You may use the website to access public education, apply for membership, activate approved invites, participate in programs, view or discuss professional materials, communicate with UCS, submit lawful content, and engage respectfully with the surgical community. You must not break law, ethics, privacy, medical secrecy, or institutional obligations; upload identifiable patient data without authority, consent, and safeguards; misrepresent identity, qualifications, affiliation, membership, or authority; share accounts or invite codes; sell access; bypass controls; scrape, mass-download, or redistribute protected content; attack security; introduce malware; spam; harass; defame; discriminate; post unsafe medical advice or misleading outcomes; infringe rights; or use UCS name, logo, members, partners, reputation, or content for unauthorized promotion, endorsement, fundraising, recruitment, or commercial activity. UCS may investigate suspected misuse and take action including content removal, account restriction, invite revocation, membership suspension, access termination, evidence preservation, institutional or authority notification, and legal action.
